Con has been associated with Volunteering Victoria as a member of the Governance Committee since 2015 and has been a member of the Board since April 2017. He is an experienced management consultant with an extensive background in corporate governance, corporate finance and strategy. He has co-authored several text books on business finance and has consulted to a broad range of companies and agencies in the commercial, not-for-profit and government sectors.
Conway has been a director of several companies and organisations, serving in both executive and non-executive roles. He is an experienced Chair at both Board and Committee level and is a Foundation Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Sydney and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia.
