Making a complaint
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our services or the actions of our staff, we want to know about it. Complaints can be made by completing the form above. Only the people directly involved in making, investigating or resolving a complaint will have access to information about it. All complaints will be responded to within 2-3 working days.
