While managing volunteers is usually a rewarding task – there can be a nasty side to volunteer management: performance counseling. When a volunteer isn’t performing to the best of their ability, or worse – is acting in a negative way that is disrupting your organisation – then performance counseling is in order.

If you avoid confrontation like the plague, struggle to give constructive feedback, and feel like you’re going into battle every day – this workshop is for you.

Learning Outcomes:

• Understand the importance of developing policies and procedures – and where to begin

• The ability to deliver the message

• The confidence to have those tough conversations

• Ability to develop prevention strategies and minimise risk

Targeted Audience
