This in-person workshop is designed to help you deepen your understanding of Cultural Safety and its relevance in the workplace.
Led by experienced facilitators from the Koorie Heritage Trust, the workshop combines discussions with individual and group exercises. Participants will engage in self-reflection and organisational analysis, exploring their own values, beliefs, and how these influence workplace culture.

- Self-reflection and organisational reflection: understanding our personal and workplace culture.
