Ash Youkyoung Lee is a Community Development practitioner with expertise in strength-based community development and program & partnership development. She has practiced inclusive volunteering in Neighbourhood Houses, Volunteer Resource Centre, and local government. Ash has supported over 100 small multicultural community groups to run inclusive volunteering programs.
