This program is developed to meet Australian standards and will provide an opportunity for participants to review and/or develop an emergency response plan.  Topics include:

OHS legislative requirements

Emergency preparedness
Fire Awareness -Fire triangle; Classifications of fire; Causes of file
Warden Roles and responsibilities
Evacuation procedures
Bomb threat procedures
Warning systems

Instruction and practical experience in the use of:

Fire extinguishers
Fire blankets
Hose reels
