Understanding how to manage conflict constructively helps prepare you for those difficult or sensitive conversations that are a core part of the management function.
Let’s Talk about the ‘C’ Word – Managing Conflict in the Workplace is an interactive workshop where participants share workplace scenarios and workshop positive solutions. Participants will discuss different communication strategies, negotiation skills and sound volunteer management practice that can be used to manage conflict involving volunteers in the workplace.
